Bed bugs can turn up in any part of London, in flats, family homes, house shares and short lets. This guide explains how our bed bug laundry service works wherever you are in London, from sealed-bag collection to clean, bagged return.
We collect across London
We collect bed bug laundry across London, including North, South, East, West and Central London. Our facility is at 92 Chatsworth Road, Hackney E5, which makes East London, Stratford and E20, Hackney Wick, Fish Island, the City and Ilford especially convenient. Enter your postcode when booking to see the collection slots for your address.
How it works
- Bag affected clothing and bedding in the room where you remove it, then seal and double-bag.
- Book online and choose Specialist Laundry Treatment, then Bed Bug, in the booking form.
- We collect the sealed bags without opening them at your door.
- Items are processed separately from everyday laundry and washed at 60°C where the care label allows.
- Clean items come back bagged, ready to keep sealed until your pest controller says the room is ready.
Laundry treats the textiles you send. It does not treat mattresses, furniture, carpets or the building, and it won't end an infestation by itself. Use a professional pest controller for the property.
Price and turnaround
Bed bug laundry is priced by weight with a minimum charge; bulky items such as duvets are priced separately. Turnaround is typically around two days, subject to available slots. Current prices are on the service page, and collection and delivery are free.
