Private, without fuss
Collections look like any other MyLaundress order. You don't need to explain anything to the driver, and there's no assessment form — book the Incontinence group online and leave sealed bags out.
Where fabrics allow, items are washed at 60°C with specialist detergents and an oxygen-releasing additive, then dried at fabric-appropriate temperatures. This is a laundry service, not clinical decontamination.

Our process
Book online Choose the matching group in the Specialist Laundry Treatment section of our booking, pick a collection slot and pay securely. No assessment form.
Sealed collection Bag items as advised below. Our driver collects the sealed bags as they are — they are not opened at your door.
Separate specialist facility Specialist orders are processed in our separate in-house specialist laundry facility, apart from everyday customer laundry.
Inspection and care labels Items are checked in stages. We read care labels and set aside anything that could be damaged by the treatment, and tell you before going further.
Controlled washing Where the fabric allows, we wash at 60°C with specialist detergents and an oxygen-releasing additive. Fabrics that cannot take 60°C are washed at the highest temperature their label permits.
Fabric-adjusted drying Items are tumble dried with temperatures adjusted to each fabric, then inspected again.
Packed and returned Clean items are folded, packed and returned in your delivery slot — typically within 2 days, subject to available slots.
