A practical bulk-order brief

Provide the organisation name, collection postcodes, number of properties, approximate bag or item counts, service needed and an on-site contact. Indicate whether this is a single incident or a recurring requirement. We confirm scope, transport, garment suitability and pricing before agreeing the arrangement.

Fit the laundry into the property response

Housing teams and pest controllers should agree which textiles are removed, when bags are collected, and when clean items may return. MyLaundress coordinates textile care, not room treatment or accommodation clearance. A booking slot is not confirmation that a multi-site incident can be completed within that window.

Accounts and repeat collections

Discuss repeat schedules and invoicing needs in the enquiry. Pricing, transport and invoicing arrangements are agreed for your actual requirements. A single enquiry can cover multiple sites when each location and handover is clearly identified.

Specialist laundry by weight

£52.90 for up to 10 kg; £5.29 per additional kg.

Bulky items and specialist garments are separate. Booking confirms final weight, item prices and any configured options. Any configured options are confirmed at checkout.

Questions about national care

Where will my items be processed?

National service is coordinated through local processing partners and couriers, with arrangements confirmed for your location. London specialist orders use our separate North Tottenham facility; our Hackney headquarters and everyday laundrette are at 92 Chatsworth Road, E5 0LS. We do not claim all UK work is processed in London.

Does a next-day delivery option guarantee a one-day treatment?

No. Booking options are not a processing promise. Collection, return timing, partner arrangements and garment suitability must be confirmed; do not assume a next-day national return, same-day collection or a fixed urgent response.

Does laundry treat the property?

No. We handle suitable textiles, not an infestation in the building. Coordinate property treatment with a qualified pest controller. We do not promise pest eradication, sterilisation or medical decontamination.
