Areas we regularly hear from include City Centre, Headingley, Hyde Park, Chapel Allerton, Roundhay, Kirkstall and Holbeck. These are examples; your postcode is what matters.
Headingley and Hyde Park have dense shared student housing, often with one shared front door. Keep sealed bags inside the property until the courier arrives rather than leaving them in a hallway or bin store.
Seal washable textiles in strong bags in the room, keep dry-clean-only garments in a separate bag, and say in your note that items may be affected by bed bugs.
Washable clothes and bedding are processed at 60°C where the care label allows. Dry-clean-only items are assessed for suitability first and may be declined. Processing is arranged through coordinated partners; we do not have a Leeds shop or branch.
Laundry treats textiles, not the property. Arrange a professional pest controller for the home; Leeds City Council's website explains local pest-control options for residents. Ask the pest controller when clean items can come back.

Can I book ordinary laundry in Leeds?No. Outside London we offer specialist laundry only. Everyday laundry and dry cleaning remain a London service.
Does a next-day delivery option guarantee a one-day treatment?No. Booking options are not a processing promise. Collection, return timing, partner arrangements and garment suitability must be confirmed; do not assume a next-day national return, same-day collection or a fixed urgent response.
Does laundry treat the property?No. We handle suitable textiles, not an infestation in the building. Coordinate property treatment with a qualified pest controller. We do not promise pest eradication, sterilisation or medical decontamination.
