Let us know the garment type, material, label instructions and the suspected issue so the processing team can decide whether a suitable specialist method is available.
Assessment may mean declining an item or discussing another approach before processing. Ordinary dry cleaning is not advertised as a universal method for eliminating every bed bug or egg.
The specialist dry-cleaning catalogue is configured at 10% above the ordinary dry-cleaning catalogue. The actual item and any available express option are confirmed in booking. We do not add a second uplift to a price that already includes it or quote ordinary garment prices as national specialist prices.
Suitable garment care is part of a wider response with your pest controller. Keep garments contained until the handover is confirmed, and agree when clean returns may be unpacked. No property eradication, medical treatment or sterilisation claim is made.

Bulky items and specialist garments are separate. Booking confirms final weight, item prices and any configured options. Any configured options are confirmed at checkout.

National service is coordinated through local processing partners and couriers, with arrangements confirmed for your location. London specialist orders use our separate North Tottenham facility; our Hackney headquarters and everyday laundrette are at 92 Chatsworth Road, E5 0LS. We do not claim all UK work is processed in London.
Does laundry treat the property?No. We handle suitable textiles, not an infestation in the building. Coordinate property treatment with a qualified pest controller. We do not promise pest eradication, sterilisation or medical decontamination.
