1. Check your postcode

Enter your postcode on our homepage. London postcodes are all covered for specialist laundry. Elsewhere in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, collection is available where courier collection is available, confirmed during booking.

2. Bag everything sealed

Bag clothes and bedding in the affected room and seal the bags before moving them.
Keep dry-clean-only and delicate garments in a separate bag and label it.
Don't unpack clean items back into a room until your pest controller says it's ready.

3. Washed or assessed?

Washable textiles are cleaned at 60°C where fabric permits, with specialist detergents and an oxygen additive, then dried with heat adjusted to the fabric. Garments that can't take heat are assessed first; we tell you if an item isn't suitable rather than risk damaging it.

4. Pricing

Specialist laundry is £5.29 per kg with a 10 kg minimum of £52.90. Collection and delivery are free. Your final price is confirmed in booking.
