MyLaundress started on Chatsworth Road, and our laundrette is still here at number 92. Whether you live on the road itself or a few minutes away on Glyn Road, Rushmore Road or Millfields Road, this guide covers how to use the laundrette, when staff are in, where to park, and how collection works if you'd rather not carry a bag at all.
Opening hours
- Self-service laundrette: open 8am to 11pm, seven days a week.
- Staff on site: 8am to 8pm, seven days a week, for service washes, dry cleaning drop-off and questions.
- Collection and delivery: booked online, with slots shown for your postcode when you book.
Arriving after 8pm? The self-service machines stay open until 11pm, but dry cleaning drop-off and staff help are available between 8am and 8pm.
Parking: our two-car loading bay
Directly outside the shop there's a two-car loading bay dedicated to the laundrette. It's there so you can unload duvets, bedding and heavy bags without circling the side streets. Please use it for loading and unloading while you're using the laundrette, so the next customer can too.
Self-service, service wash or collection?
- Self-service: bring your own load and use our machines any time from 8am to 11pm.
- Drop off with staff: leave laundry or dry cleaning with the team between 8am and 8pm.
- Free collection and delivery: we collect laundry and dry cleaning from your door and bring it back clean. Collection and delivery are always free.
