Bed bug, pet, odour and care loads, plus assessment of suitable affected garments. Includes London; transport and timing are confirmed.
Explore UK specialist careFor one household, provide the collection postcode and separate washable bedding from garments needing assessment. For a housing team arranging several Welsh properties, list each collection address in the secure enquiry rather than assuming one booking covers every site.
Agree whether bags are collected from the resident, a caretaker or a staffed reception. Keep labels practical: bag count, item category and agreed reference, not unnecessary health or immigration details.
Arrange spare clothing and bedding if items will be away during treatment. Confirm collection and return timing with us before scheduling a room handover or resident move. Specialist laundry supports textile care; it does not replace pest treatment in the accommodation.
£52.90 for up to 10 kg; £5.29 per additional kg.
Bulky items and specialist garments are separate. Booking confirms final weight, item prices and any configured options. Any configured options are confirmed at checkout.
Specialist item prices and London service detailsSpecialist laundry for bed-bug-affected washable textiles, pet and odour loads, incontinence care, smoke/deep odour, sportswear and care/support laundry, plus assessment and specialist dry cleaning of suitable affected garments. Ordinary general laundry and dry cleaning are not offered nationwide.
Do you cover my UK postcode?Specialist collection covers every UK postcode in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland where Uber courier collection is available. Availability is confirmed for your postcode when you book, along with garment suitability; if a slot does not appear, send an enquiry. Aberdeen to St Ives is an example of reach from north to south-west, not a list of the only places we serve. This does not include the Republic of Ireland, Crown Dependencies or overseas territories.
Where will my items be processed?National service is coordinated through local processing partners and couriers, with arrangements confirmed for your location. London specialist orders use our separate North Tottenham facility; our Hackney headquarters and everyday laundrette are at 92 Chatsworth Road, E5 0LS. We do not claim all UK work is processed in London.
Does a next-day delivery option guarantee a one-day treatment? No. Booking options are not a processing promise. Collection, return timing, partner arrangements and garment suitability must be confirmed; do not assume a next-day national return, same-day collection or a fixed urgent response.
Tell us your location, textile types and what needs care. We confirm arrangements before you rely on a slot.
