Bed bug, pet, odour and care loads, plus assessment of suitable affected garments. Includes London; transport and timing are confirmed.
Explore UK specialist careThe NHS advises seeking pest-control help and gives household laundry advice for affected bedding and clothes. Council preparation guidance also recommends bagging affected laundry for movement. Follow your pest controller's plan for which rooms and textiles to handle, rather than carrying suspect laundry loose around the home.
Use strong bags, seal them securely and keep the outside clean. Our collection guidance is to double-bag without overfilling. Keep bags in the agreed contained location until handover; do not put them in a communal laundry pile.
Separate washable clothing and linen from dry-clean-only garments. Empty pockets and identify anything with missing care instructions, fragile trims, foam inserts or non-textile parts. Tell us what needs assessment before the bags move.
The NHS mentions a 60°C wash and a hot tumble-dry cycle for household bedbug advice. That is not permission to damage a fabric or a promise that every alternative lower-temperature wash provides equivalent treatment. We use 60°C only where the label and item suitability allow; dry-clean-only items require a separate decision.
Confirm the postcode, agreed handover contact and bag count. For an accommodation provider, keep each property's bags identifiable using an agreed reference. Do not add health, immigration or resident histories to bag labels.
Before delivery, agree a clean receiving location with the pest controller or housing team. Keep clean returns sealed until the property plan allows unpacking. If new signs are found in the room, seek pest-control advice rather than assuming a laundry return resolved the building infestation.

No. Booking options are not a processing promise. Collection, return timing, partner arrangements and garment suitability must be confirmed; do not assume a next-day national return, same-day collection or a fixed urgent response.
Does laundry treat the property? No. We handle suitable textiles, not an infestation in the building. Coordinate property treatment with a qualified pest controller. We do not promise pest eradication, sterilisation or medical decontamination.
Tell us your location, textile types and what needs care. We confirm arrangements before you rely on a slot.
