For accommodation changeovers, agree the handover contact, access to sealed bags and enough replacement linen before choosing a return date. Booking slots alone do not establish how long a specialist load will take.
London customers can still book ordinary wash, dry and fold or everyday dry cleaning at the existing London prices. Specialist loads are kept separate, with London's specialist processing at North Tottenham. Outside London, choose national specialist care, not ordinary London laundry.

Specialist laundry for bed-bug-affected washable textiles, pet and odour loads, incontinence care, smoke/deep odour, sportswear and care/support laundry, plus assessment and specialist dry cleaning of suitable affected garments. Ordinary general laundry and dry cleaning are not offered nationwide.
Do you cover my UK postcode?Specialist collection covers every UK postcode in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland where Uber courier collection is available. Availability is confirmed for your postcode when you book, along with garment suitability; if a slot does not appear, send an enquiry. Aberdeen to St Ives is an example of reach from north to south-west, not a list of the only places we serve. This does not include the Republic of Ireland, Crown Dependencies or overseas territories.
Where will my items be processed?National service is coordinated through local processing partners and couriers, with arrangements confirmed for your location. London specialist orders use our separate North Tottenham facility; our Hackney headquarters and everyday laundrette are at 92 Chatsworth Road, E5 0LS. We do not claim all UK work is processed in London.
Does a next-day delivery option guarantee a one-day treatment?No. Booking options are not a processing promise. Collection, return timing, partner arrangements and garment suitability must be confirmed; do not assume a next-day national return, same-day collection or a fixed urgent response.
